Tricia Hernandez is a human resources and recruitment professional with more than ten years of experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, candidate assessment and career development.
Her experience spans both recruitment and career advisory, providing practical insight into organisational talent requirements, candidate evaluation and the factors that influence successful hiring outcomes. This expertise informs Cornerstone's approach to recruitment, talent solutions and career strategy.
Tricia holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies.
